The congress fee included all programme materials, Ainola excursion on Thursday evening, congress dinner on Friday evening, and coffee for each congress day. The fee did not include travel and accommodation expenses and lunches during the congress.

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made if written notification of cancellation is received as follows:

May 1 - June 30, 2004 90 % refund
July 1 - August 3, 2004 75 % refund
After August 4, 2004 No refund
