Törnävä Manor

kartano

The Östermyra factory and manor area in Törnävä is the unique centre of old Seinäjoki. The history of the manor area dates back to about two hundred years, the last few years when Finland was part of the Kingdom of Sweden. Today, the area is known as a complex of buildings telling us about the history of the locality, as a popular place for events, and as an elegant park and recreation oasis in the Seinäjoki river landscape.

Rytmikorjaamo

rytmikorjaamo

Rytmikorjaamo (rthythm garage) is an innovation and learning centre for creative economy focused on rhythm music. In 2006 Rytmikorjaamo started as a rock club offering a stage for national and international acts and nearly 1 000 spectators. During the 2010 Rytmikorjaamo will be renovated as the home for regional music industry and expertise.
